The Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre will be presenting Sacred Earth, an exhibition by the Printers Five, in the Red gallery of the museum, from July 10th to August 28th, 2014.
The Printers Five are a group of artists from Northeastern Ontario who have come together to produce and document a body of work that reflects their connection to this planet earth.
The theme was selected to allow the artists to tie their diverse styles and techniques together, while allowing them the freedom to create.
The artists are spread out geographically along a 360km swath of the north: Catharine Cribbs, Faye Digulla, Maureen Steward, Janet Bourgeau and Walter Pape have produced a stunning exhibition of print work sure to delight.
