Paul Raiche was born and raised in Timmins and has been part of the T.M.N.E.C. team since 2017, working as a museum attendant. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with distinction from the University of Ottawa (2013), where he was awarded the Gunter Nolte Scholarship for excellence in draftsmanship. Some of his artistic work can even be spotted within the Museum’s permanent exhibit—if you know where to look.
Paul brings a wide range of experience from his time at Ottawa’s Wallack Galleries, PDA Projects, and the National Gallery of Canada. At T.M.N.E.C., he is passionate about interpreting local history, sharing stories, and helping visitors connect with the community’s heritage. He especially enjoys exhibit staging, merchandising, and hosting events, and takes pride in being an enthusiastic ambassador for both the Museum and Timmins.
